Germicidal

Germicidal Ultraviolet light is widely used to kill microorganisms in air, water, hard surfaces, and different liquids. 253.7nm is the most effective wavelength of light to kill microorganisms in these different environments. Germicidal applications included water sterilization, commercial and industrial air cleaning, dry sterilization, medical tools sterilization, and surface cleaning.

We provide you three ways to measure your germicidal lamps output. First is our PMA2100 research grade radiometer along with our PMA2122 Detector to measure your germicidal lamps at 254nm. Our constant measuring system is the GLM10 which is specifically designed to continuously monitor germicidal lamp output in water contact vessels and the GLM100 is a UV detector and lamp monitor that is used to measure germicidal UV underwater.

All radiometers and detectors are calibrated to NIST standards.
