Testing Services

Using the latest, most powerful single and multi-port light sources with our accurate, scientific grade detectors, Solar Light can test samples for UV degradation or protection against UV. What would normally take weeks to months of exposure to the sun in uncontrolled situations, can be accomplished in a few days using our accelerated testing methods.

Calibration Services

Annual Calibration is important, very important:

Meters and detectors need to be checked and recalibrated on a regular basis. This is especially true for instruments used to check critical light sources -- such as those used for disinfection and treatment. It is also true for instruments used to obtain data over substantial periods of time - where month-to-month and year-to-year data comparability is an important issue. Annual calibration is important -- but if your instruments are exposed to tough outdoor environments, or if your instruments can affect human health -- we can suggest a more appropriate calibration interval.

Spectral Measurement  Services

Newly developed components, or quality checks of these components, often require spectroradiometric analysis. Employing state of the art spectroradiometers, NIST traceable standard lamps, and standard detectors, Solar Light provides absolute spectroradiometric analyses.
