During the first year, labor and parts will be supplied to correct faults caused by defective parts or workmanship. The warranty period begins on the shipping date.
If your purchase was through a distributor, contact him for help. If he is unable to correct the problem, he may, with your approval, return the equipment to Solar Light Company for repair.
Shipping costs to Solar Light are the Customer's responsibility1. Solar Light will pay return shipping costs.
Before returning the unit we require the customer to contact Solar Light for authorization.
To Solar Simulator Customers
If the lamp explodes, it will be replaced if the lamp manufacturer concludes that the lamp had a flaw in its quartz bulb, but derivative damages will not be
covered. Forced air cooling and pretesting at Solar Light reduces the possibility of explosions.
Only lamps obtained through the Solar Light Company can be warranted. Explosion debris must be returned to Solar Light.
