Beat the Heat Rebate Terms & Conditions

Promotion Terms & Conditions: Offer valid only for residential solar or solar-plus-storage projects in California. To qualify, the customer must sign an installation contract on or before June 30, 2026; contractor countersignatures may occur after this date. Rebates are issued via digital gift card within 60 days of verified installation completion. Payout amounts are strictly determined by the final number of solar panels installed and the inclusion of qualifying energy storage installed at the same time as the solar panels:

• 5–10 panels: $500 solar-only / $1,000 with battery storage (10 kWh minimum)
• 11–20 panels: $750 solar-only / $1,250 with battery storage (10 kWh minimum)
• 21 or more panels: $1,000 solar-only / $1,500 with battery storage (10 kWh minimum)

Standalone battery installations do not qualify. Battery storage under 10 kWh will receive the solar-only rebate tier. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers from Solar.com. Limit one rebate per eligible residential property.
