How much will I save?

That depends on your roof, your utility rate, and how much power you use, so any site that opens with one big savings number is guessing. We do it the other way: a savings range from your roof and rate while you're here, and your exact number once your design is set. And if solar is a weak fit for your home, we'll say so.

Question 2

How do you know it's the best price?

Accepted Answer

We hold live bids from vetted installers in your area and select the lowest for your roof and financing. That is why there is nothing to negotiate. If you find a lower like-for-like quote from a licensed, insured installer, our Best Price Guarantee matches it. Full terms in your agreement.

Didn't the federal tax credit end?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at the end of 2025 for home purchases. Credit value still exists inside certain financing structures, and the Prepaid TPO captures it and passes it through as an upfront discount. We show the math either way.

Is the Prepaid TPO just a regular lease with extra steps?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and that's the point. It is a lease, and that structure is exactly what preserves the federal tax credit that home buyers can no longer claim. Prepaying it is what kills the escalator, so your payment never climbs. And after year five, you have the option to buy the system at its market value. We show the loan and cash numbers right beside it, and for some homes a loan or cash wins. We'll say so.

Will my price change after I sign?

Your price is locked for 7 days and covers hardware and standard installation. If your panel box or site needs more, we show you the change order plainly and you approve it before anything is final. Roughly one in three solar projects nationwide needs one; the difference here is you'll never discover it on install day.

Question 6

Will someone need to come to my house?

Accepted Answer

Not to give you a price. Your design comes from satellite imagery, property records, and one photo of your electrical panel. Your installer visits after you sign to verify everything before install day, and if anything differs, you approve the change first.

Do you sell my information to installers?

Accepted Answer

No. Your address prices your project; it is never sold as a lead. Installers compete on price behind the scenes, and the only one who ever contacts you is the one doing your install.
