Savings projections rely on assumptions, including an assumed utility rate escalator that estimates how utility prices rise over time. These assumptions are named in your estimate, and actual results will vary based on your real utility rates, energy use, and final system design.

The Prepaid Lease is currently available in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Texas, Utah, and Washington — 12 states. In other states, equivalent financing options may be offered.
