Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

You will build the product millions of homeowners use to go solar, from the address-to-price flow to the financing math behind every quote. This is a high-ownership role on a small team where your work ships to production continuously and reaches real people in days, not quarters.

What you will do

• Own features end to end: design, build, ship, and iterate on the funnel, dashboard, and marketing surfaces.
• Work across a modern TypeScript stack (Next.js, React, Node, Postgres/Supabase) with a bias toward shipping.
• Integrate third-party data and APIs (mapping, solar irradiance, pricing, financing) into a fast, reliable experience.
• Care about the homeowner's experience as much as the code underneath it: performance, accessibility, and correctness.
• Help set engineering standards as we grow, and mentor as the team expands.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years building and shipping production web applications.
• Deep experience with TypeScript and React (Next.js a strong plus).
• Comfort owning backend work: APIs, data modeling, and relational databases.
• A track record of shipping independently and making sound product-minded tradeoffs.
• Strong written communication; you can work async on a distributed team.

Nice to have

• Experience in solar, energy, fintech, or another data-heavy consumer domain.
• Familiarity with Supabase, Vercel, or serverless architectures.
• An eye for design and interaction detail.
